This is not one-to-one chat, but support forum. All the forums questions are replied based on a queue and usually we don’t break that queue.
From my end, I can see the license is active for that domain you mentioned. Could you please send me a temp admin login? Make sure you check the box for “Set as private reply” when you send admin login.

When I look at the Purchase History page, it is showing as Inactive. See screenshot attached.
