The URL can only be viewed internally. There is no js error on the page.August 19, 2015 at 11:49 pm #5175
In that case, I can’t say without checking 🙁
Is there anyway I can access your admin panel? By editing host file or any other way?August 19, 2015 at 11:56 pm #5176
Thanks for your help. I’ll have to go with another plugin.August 20, 2015 at 12:04 am #5177
Let me ask if there are supposed to be CSS files included with the plugin.August 20, 2015 at 12:07 am #5178
Nevermind. I see the css files in plugins/duofaq-responsive-flat-simple-faq/duo-faq-files/inc/cssAugust 20, 2015 at 12:25 am #5179
Yes, you have got the correct path of the css file 🙂August 20, 2015 at 12:37 am #5180
Hmmm. I commented out all my js and css files except jquery and the accordion and custom css (I picked carrot) doesn’t work. I deactivated all other plugins on the site and still nothing. There’s no accordion for the FAQs which is why I chose your plugin.August 20, 2015 at 8:15 pm #5181
Hello. I’m still plugging away at this. I switched themes and I had no problems with your plugin. I’m working with a crap open source theme so I have to manually add the CSS and JS files to the header.php. I’m now getting this JS error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: faq_obj is not defined
(anonymous function) @ accordion.js?ver=1.1:3
m.Callbacks.j @ jquery.min.js:2
m.Callbacks.k.fireWith @ jquery.min.js:2
m.extend.ready @ jquery.min.js:2
J @ jquery.min.js:2August 20, 2015 at 8:27 pm #5182
Would you please check if you have wp_head() and wp_footer() function in your theme’s header.php and footer.php respectively?
faq_obj is a JS object that is passed to the accordion js file using wp_localize_object, if the js file is not correctly enqueued, this object won’t work 🙁
