My wordpress is fully updated to the latest version so are are my plugin and theme. When creating a download everything seems fine including receiving the email to the download link. The issue I am having is when clicking on the link I get an error message. See the image below:
Any ideas on how to fix this. The mailchimp part is working.

Would you please go to Settings > Permalinks > Select Post name > Save and then try again?February 13, 2016 at 8:49 am #5890
Ok that fixed it. I do have another issue. Would it be possible to modify the email that is sent out as well as the text on the confirmation page?February 13, 2016 at 1:50 pm #5892
If you go to ETD Downloads > Settings > Notification email content > you can set your new email content in there.

Ok so that worked for the email but what about for the confirmation page? Is there a way to modify the content on the confirmation page that shows up?February 25, 2016 at 9:10 pm #5960
Do you want new fixed content in there or you want it to change after certain interval?February 25, 2016 at 11:15 pm #5963
I just want to remove the interval from the message.March 14, 2016 at 9:59 pm #6057
For now you have to edit the plugin file. Do you want us to do it for you? Or you can do it yourself?April 27, 2016 at 9:07 pm #6308
I have this same problem (link with a file corrupted)
Would you please go to Settings > Permalinks > Select Post name > Save and then try again?
But, what if a have this permalink structure http://mysite.com/2016/04/27/example-page/ ? ETD not work ?
Thank you 😉May 28, 2016 at 11:50 pm #6490
It still should work. If it doesn’t work for you, could you please create a new thread?
